When faced with a challenging situation, just ride the wave and just keep swimming.

It was a challenging first quarter of the year when we suddenly lost our broker, Steve Schwartz.  I had to make a decision whether or not to join an established team or help keep the current team running.

I decided to take the risk and  JUMPED, which is step one of being an entrepreneur, take the risk and jump. Like what Steve Harvey said in one of the videos I recently watched, the parachute will not open right away and it’s going to be uncomfortable. You just got to jump, go somewhere and explore new places. You just got to do it.   Glad that I jumped.

Three months has passed since we started a new team and a lot of things has changed, changed for the better.
